An intense nose of red fruit mixed with delicate spices. The palate is greedy and well-balanced, with a liquorice and kosher finish. Long-lasting aromas. A wine in the making that will need decanting for those who are impatient.

Nose with a bouquet of Pinot Noir reduction. Lovely dark fruit with fine mineral notes. The palate is well rounded with a nice tannic touch. The finish reveals notes of roasting while retaining its black fruit flavours. Uncork an hour before drinking.
